hi josh, its a warm 10c here in the uk, just got back in soggy and wet from running my sprint dog team in the rain…little differnerent from the weather you guys are having in Alaska. Just wanted to say hi and thanks on behalf of all the fans following the race in the uk. i have my work rest schedual with my job here on the same as the guys in the race pretty much so refreshing the leader board and hunting down all the podcast as much every few minutes. hoping to make it out there next year to see the race, would be a dream to enter one year who knows…………………
would love to enter the comment phone lines competition but cant call from the UK, can i enter anyway?
heres my picks… buser to win! he s looking good! swenson maybe seems liek a confident and strong team, king nope, sorlie, you never know…what the heck dee dee could creap up behind the lot! with the media pressure off.
recon could be a buser sorlie king swenson big 4 top 5 finish, but!…as usual im rooting for Ramy Brooks..he’s long over due a win after back to back 2nd places in 2002/2003 last year layed him up with a virus and an early 24, but recon this year with his strong looking team he could at least finish in the top 10 again no problem. BIG efforts from the others in the up and coming top 20 and young guns could see a good result in the top 5 but recon its the big guns and old guys out to win again this year. with experience on a fast hard trail and the disipline to not go off to fast to early on and fall back off the pace with sprains and injuries later on the race they could have it sown up..but one big storm and who knows anyones race. just keep it ’steady away’ a we say in England
many thanks
